At times, I’ve felt the silent judgment.
That being spiritual meant I was walking away from God.
That energy healing was too “woo,” too mystical, too far from the mainstream — or even misunderstood as something dark or wrong.
That somehow, by connecting to Source, Spirit, and the unseen realms, I was doing something forbidden.
I’ve been dismissed.
Had eyebrows raised.
Been avoided in conversations.
But here’s what I know deep in my heart:
What I do is not separate from God. It is a direct conversation with God.
As a healer, I work with love, reverence, and sacred intention. I connect deeply with Spirit, Source, and Gaia — allowing divine energy to guide the healing through soul work, intention, and presence.
It is not performance.
It is prayer.
It is communion.
And when I think about a priest in a church… what is he doing?
He places his hands upon you.
He prays.
He invokes the divine to guide healing.
He calls on grace.
This is not so different. In fact, it is the same.
Church elders gather in prayer, directing energy, love, and faith toward healing another soul.
That’s energy work.
That’s intention.
That’s sacred.
Because belief is powerful — not because of the words we use, but because of the energy behind them.
Whether you call it prayer, energy transmission, soul work, or healing intention…
The essence is the same:
A turning toward something greater.
A surrender to love.
A remembering that we are not alone.
I’m not here to divide — I’m here to remind.
That religion and spirituality are not opposites.
That prayer and energy healing can live side by side.
That Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Allah, Mary, Quan Yin, the Saints, the Great Spirit — all represent the same divine current.
I am a healer.
I connect with Spirit.
And I also connect with God.
Not because I follow a single doctrine — but because I listen, I feel, I open.
And I believe it’s time we stop judging the language each soul uses to connect.
Because whether you walk into a church or a healing space —
If your heart is open and your intention is pure —
you are walking with the Divine.
We’re all seeking the same thing:
To remember who we are.
To be held in something sacred.
To come home to love.
Let’s stop separating ourselves.
Let’s honour the many ways we return to Source.
Because there is no “right” way to love — and no path that God isn’t already walking beside you on.
With love,
Annie 🧡
