By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Spirit Magic Healing is a spiritual and energetic practice designed to facilitate personal transformation, healing, and awareness. It is:

While many clients experience profound shifts, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor provide financial or legal advice. If you have concerns in these areas, please seek appropriate professional support.
Healing is an individual journey, and its impact varies from person to person.

By booking a session, you:

🔹 Release and hold harmless Annie Stazak from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law.

🔹 Services are provided in good faith for personal and spiritual transformation.
🔹 No refunds are available for intangible services where no guaranteed outcome is possible.
🔹 If a service is not delivered as described, I will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Your privacy and trust are respected at all times.
✅ All sessions are strictly confidential.
✅ Personal details will never be shared without your written consent, except where legally required.
✅ If I believe you may be at risk of harm to yourself or others, I may be legally required to refer you to appropriate support services.
To ensure fairness and respect for both parties, the following policies apply:
🔹 Sessions must be booked in advance via the official booking system.
🔹 Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
🔹 No refunds for late cancellations or missed appointments, as this time has been reserved for you.
🔹 Payment must be made before the session begins, unless otherwise arranged.
⚠️ Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed sessions. If a dispute arises, I will work with you to resolve it directly.
The following clauses ensure additional legal protection for both parties:
If an event beyond my control (e.g., illness, natural disaster, internet failure) prevents me from delivering a session, I will:
✅ Reschedule at a mutually agreed time or
✅ Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
By agreeing to these terms, you:
✅ Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annie Stazak from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your participation in healing sessions.
Clients agree to not publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Annie Stazak, whether online or offline. This includes:
✅ Negative online reviews based on unrealistic expectations.
✅ Public claims that contradict the terms agreed upon here.
⚠️ Honest feedback is welcomed, but false statements or bad-faith reviews that cause reputational harm may be subject to legal action under Australian defamation laws.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:
✔ You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
✔ You take full responsibility for your well-being during and after the session.
✔ You release Annie Stazak from all liability associated with these services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
