The story that made me who I am.

Like many people, I’ve been through seasons of stress, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Between supporting my family, running a business, and navigating life’s challenges, I found myself searching for ways to feel more balanced, calmer, and grounded.

Along the way, I discovered that true change doesn’t just happen at the surface. It comes when we gently tend to the patterns, emotions, and experiences beneath the surface – the things that shape how we think, feel, and show up in daily life.

Over more than a decade of study, practice, and personal growth, I’ve learned how to blend practical wellness tools with holistic approaches that support emotional regulation, stress release, and resilience.

This journey has shaped me into the practitioner I am today. It’s why I meet each client with compassion, understanding, and belief in the changes that are possible. My own story isn’t separate from the work I do – it’s the reason I know how important it is to be seen, heard, and supported.
